Export License System for FeMn and other Ferro Alloys` export put into practice Since Jan.1st,2008

On December 29, 2007,Ministry of Commerce of China released Announcement No.101 "Export license management directory of goods for 2008", the "directory" will be spelled out in January 1, 2008 onwards on ferrosilicon (Tariff No. 7202210000 and 7202290000), ferromanganese, silicon, manganese, Electrolytic Manganese alloys such as manganese, titanium, and tungsten-molybdenum-vanadium alloy of nickel and chromium, and other metal exports of export licensing system.The manufacturers/Exporters have to apply for export licence at various localities Foreign Economic and Trade Committee (Office, Bureau). The notice came into effect since January 1, 08, 2007 at the same time issuing certification organizations directory (exports) "will be abolished.
