Notice of export duty imposition for Coke, Ferro Silicon and others
The Ministry of Finance of Peoples Republic Of China has published notice formall to impose many commodities `s export duty yesterday, which is effective from January 1, 2008. the products related with us is as follows:
HS Code Current export duty New export Duty in 2008
Coke 2704 15% 25%
Ferro Silicon 7202 15% 25%
Magnesium 8104 0 10%
FeMn 20%
Silicon Metal 10%
All above new export duty rate is put into effect formally starting from January 1 , 2008!
